Your Brand Story: I began collecting concert posters in 1980 at eighteen years old working at a music venue in Hoffman Estates, Ill. Poplar Creek Music Theatre. I eventually lost that collection after many moves throughout the U.S. I restarted collecting in the early 2000’s when I noticed how concert poster art had developed over the years. From hand bills, home made flyers and posters to the art form it is today with many artists from all over the world designing concert posters for their favorite bands.
The collection includes all kinds of music memorabilia. However, the true focus are the concert posters with rare and limited edition posters available by some of the industries premier artists: Tara McPherson, Kii Arens, Emek, Darren Grealish, Cole Gerst, Peter Tong, Two Rabbits Studio and Mazza just to name a few.
The collection includes more than 500 posters from contemporary artists and bands including: The Rolling Stones, Soundgarden, Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, Rage Against the Machine, Japandroids, Rancid, Peaches, Green Day, Raconteurs, The Avett Brothers, Claypool Lennon, The Kills, Spoon, Lorde, Radiohead, Jeff Lynneʼs ELO, Guided by Voices, Leon Bridges, Django Django, Empire of the Sun, Beats Antique, Weezer, Foo Fighters, The Weekend, Wiz Khalifa, Keane, Fever Ray and many, many more…
